At Aria Partner, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a consulting firm specializing in public procurement, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and innovation. This role is pivotal in enhancing our headhunting division, focusing on the recruitment of specialized talents in public markets, procurement, and project management.

Your mission:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from crafting job postings to contract signing.
  • Identify and recruit consultants for our projects and candidates for permanent placements with our clients.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool to meet current and future business needs.
  • Engage with candidates through various channels, including professional networks and direct outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, motivation, and fit for open positions.
  • Provide professional follow-up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Client relationship management and talent support:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment and staffing needs.
  • Participate in professional events, fairs, and forums to enhance Aria Partner's visibility and attract top talent.
  • Ensure post-placement follow-up to guarantee satisfaction for both candidates and clients.
  • Develop a sourcing and talent acquisition strategy aligned with market demands.

Strategy and positioning of the headhunting division:

  • Contribute to the enhancement of our recruitment and talent integration processes.
  • Maintain an active watch on labor market trends and recruitment developments.
  • Assist in optimizing sourcing and selection tools and methods.

Your profile:

  • Degree in HR, Business, Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or career management.
  • Knowledge of roles related to public procurement, purchasing, and project management is a plus.

Key skills:

  • Bilingual in French and Dutch (English is an asset).
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, with strong adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM, ATS, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and results-oriented.
