About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist capable of working autonomously and strategically across all HR domains.

The role combines responsibilities in HR operations, compensation & benefits, recruitment, talent management, and HR transformation projects.

You will play the role of a trusted partner to leadership teams in contexts of transformation, growth, or restructuring.

Your role

You will act as an HR Business Partner and operational HR expert, ensuring both the stability of HR operations and the evolution of the organization's HR practices.

You will be a key point of contact for managers and leadership, with a strong ability to translate business strategy into concrete HR actions.

Your main missions

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage all operational HR processes (personnel administration, contracts, absences, employee files).
  • Ensure coordination with social secretariats and external partners.
  • Guarantee compliance with Belgian social legislation.
  • Utilize and optimize HR tools
  • Ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of HR data.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Participate in the management of compensation policies.
  • Contribute to the implementation of salary structures and C&B tools.
  • Collaborate on cafeteria plans and extra-legal benefits.
  • Support indexation processes and salary compliance.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (IT, sales, technical, corporate).
  • Optimize recruitment processes and reduce recruitment times.
  • Structure onboarding programs and ensure their follow-up.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.

Talent Management & HR Development

  • Participate in talent management, performance reviews, and succession planning.
  • Develop skills matrices and training plans.
  • Support managers in team management and employee development.
  • Contribute to talent engagement and retention initiatives.

HR Projects & Transformation

  • Lead or contribute to HR transformation projects (digitalization, structuring, M&A, change management).
  • Participate in the implementation of new HR practices and policies.
  • Optimize HR processes and support organizational changes.
  • Work closely with leadership teams in contexts of change.

Employee Relations & Social Relations

  • Maintain constructive dialogue with social partners.
  • Manage social relations (collective bargaining agreements, unions, public authorities).
  • Intervene in sensitive contexts (crises, temporary unemployment, restructurings).
  • Deploy employee well-being and engagement initiatives.

Your profile

  • Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience in generalist HR.
  • Confirmed experience in HR operations, payroll, and compensation & benefits.
  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Experience in HR project management and organizational transformation.
  • Experience in changing environments (restructuring, M&A, growth).
  • Good command of Belgian social legislation.
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong management exposure.
