Aria Partner is looking for an experienced freelance Change Manager to support its clients in strategic transformation projects.
You will be involved in organizational, digital, and operational transformation programs, with a strong focus on change adoption, stakeholder engagement, and successful deployments.
Your mission is to ensure that transformations are not only deployed, but above all understood, accepted, and sustainably integrated by end-users.
Your Role
You will lead change management activities on strategic projects in complex and evolving environments.
You will act as an interface between project teams, business units, and management, to secure the adoption of changes and ensure their operational success.
You will also contribute to structuring change approaches and strengthening organizations' maturity in transformation.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Define and deploy change management plans for strategic projects.
- Analyze the organizational, human, and operational impacts of transformations.
- Design communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Produce clear communication materials adapted to different audiences.
- Organize workshops, training, and awareness sessions.
- Assess user readiness and the level of change adoption.
- Support operational teams in adopting new processes and tools.
- Adjust change plans based on field feedback and project evolution.
- Act as a point of contact between projects, business units, and management.
- Identify and address resistance to change.
- Deploy change agent networks.
- Promote Agile approaches in transformation projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management practices.
- Participate in cultural and organizational transformation initiatives.
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Change Management in complex environments.
- Proven experience in organizational, digital, or operational transformation projects.
- Experience in multi-stakeholder environments (public and private).
- Proficiency in change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, Lewin).
- Experience in project management and understanding of the project lifecycle.
- Experience in reporting to management or steering committees.
- Experience in highly transformative environments and managing resistance to change.
- Good understanding of business and organizational challenges.
- Excellent command of French, Dutch, as well as a good command of English.
