Medior Public Procurement Buyer (Lasne) – Consultant – Permanent / Freelance – Part-time

Aria Partner is recruiting a Medior Public Procurement Buyer, with a good command of regulations and operational experience in public procurement procedures, to support one of its clients (intermunicipal association).

By joining our firm, you will be involved in complete procedures (A→Z) covering supply, service, and works contracts, with a progressive level of autonomy depending on the complexity of the files.

Your role

You will support the client's teams in the preparation and management of their public procurement procedures, from defining the need to awarding the contract.

You will act as a structuring operational support, ensuring the compliance of procedures while guaranteeing their efficiency and proper execution.

Your main missions

  • Participate in defining the acquisition strategy
  • Support teams in formalizing needs
  • Contribute to drafting special specifications
  • Define selection and award criteria
  • Manage procedures via e-Procurement
  • Participate in managing the forum and interactions with the market
  • Analyze offers (administrative, technical, financial)
  • Contribute to drafting analysis reports
  • Ensure the encoding of files in the 3P platform
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public procurement
  • Experience in participating in or managing public procurement procedures
  • Good knowledge of Belgian public procurement legislation
  • Experience in drafting or contributing to special specifications
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Good analytical and structuring skills
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to different interlocutors
  • Good command of French

Tools

  • Experience with e-Procurement (essential)
  • Initial experience with 3P is a plus
  • Good command of MS Office
