Your role and responsibilities:

As a Junior procurement officer, you will be responsible for supporting all stakeholders in their procurement-related tasks. Your duties will include the following:

  • Complete preparation and follow-up of public procurement files;
  • Management of electronic procurement platforms;
  • Participation in information sessions and negotiations;
  • Support in the preparation of administrative and legal documents;
  • Collecting, analysing and processing quantitative and qualitative data;
  • Formatting and compiling documents;
  • Writing reports of meetings you participate in.

Experience and knowledge required:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the public procurement sector;
  • Understanding of public procurement legislation in both classic and special sectors;
  • Excellent command of French, with a good knowledge of Dutch and/or English;
  • Skill in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of SAP MM and 3P is a plus.
