At Aria Partner, we are looking for an Interim Manager Procurement and Public Procurement to join our team. Your role and responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement processes and manage public contracts;
  • Develop and implement strategies in line with our customers' needs;
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external suppliers;
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations within procurement processes;
  • Support clients in the preparation of functional requirements and contract documents;
  • Manage supplier relationships and optimise contract performance;
  • Contribute to the development of procurement culture within the organisation.

Experience and knowledge required:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree with a legal, economic or commercial background;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement and public procurement;
  • Thorough knowledge of public procurement legislation;
  • Proven experience in the public sector, preferably in healthcare or energy;
  • Excellent command of French, with good knowledge of Dutch and/or English;
  • Skill in MS Office applications and knowledge of SAP MM is a plus;
  • Certifications such as Prince2, Lean Six Sigma or Agile are an advantage.
