Become an Interim Manager of Purchasing and Government Procurement at Aria Partner!

At Aria Partner, we are looking for an Interim Manager Procurement and Public Procurement to join our team. Your role and responsibilities:

Lead procurement processes and manage public contracts;
Develop and implement strategies in line with our customers' needs;
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external suppliers;
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations within procurement processes;
Support clients in the preparation of functional requirements and contract documents;
Manage supplier relationships and optimise contract performance;
Contribute to the development of procurement culture within the organisation.

Experience and knowledge required:

At least a Bachelor's degree with a legal, economic or commercial background;
Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement and public procurement;
Thorough knowledge of public procurement legislation;
Proven experience in the public sector, preferably in healthcare or energy;
Excellent command of French, with good knowledge of Dutch and/or English;
Skill in MS Office applications and knowledge of SAP MM is a plus;
Certifications such as Prince2, Lean Six Sigma or Agile are an advantage.
