What is your role?

The Contract Manager in public procurement is responsible for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, from the preparation of contractual documents to the execution and closure of contracts. They ensure compliance with current laws and regulations and strive to optimize contractual relationships between the various stakeholders. Your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Preparation and Negotiation of Contracts;
  • Coordination with internal teams to define the needs and technical specifications of contracts;
  • Contract Management and Monitoring;
  • Risk and Dispute Management;
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance;
  • Checking the compliance of services with contractual requirements;
  • Conducting contractual audits;
  • Reporting and Documentation..

Your experience

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with a focus in law, economics, business, or public administration;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, ideally in the field of public procurement;
  • Practical knowledge of public procurement procedures is an asset;
  • Perfect command of French with a good knowledge of Dutch and/or English;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Knowledge of SAP MM and 3P is an asset;
  • Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Project Management certification is an asset.
